Chronic Histiocytic Intervillositis

what is chronic Histiocytic Intervillositis?
Avatar dr f tn
Hi,
How are you? Chronic histiocytic intervillositis (CHIV) may be attributed to immune disorders or allergic issues.' This can be seen in the chorionic sacs of some spontaneous abortion specimens and placentas. However, this can also recur and further evaluation by a doctor is highly recommended. Take care and best regards.
