Endocrine disorder? Undiagnosed

Once a month I get tachycardic and hypovolemic from losing too much water, I am normal between attacks and the following have been ruled out: diabetes, thyroid disorder, anemia. If I have a pituitary or adrenal tumor would I be this asymptomatic between attacks?
