Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? Thirst is part of a corrective mechanism and acts as a support to the physiological control of fluid balance in the body. An important factor in the maintenance of fluid balance is the secretion of antidiuretic hormone (ADH) by the hypothalamus. To rule out involvement of the hypothalamus, it is best that you have this checked by your doctor as well have additional diagnostic tests like imaging studies and blood tests done. Take care and do keep us posted.
