I tried to look elsewhere but can't find anything related to my symptoms

I don't know if this is infection, parasitic, or even a disease..I just know I've had to deal with this for about 4 years. basically it's like my hair follicles all over my stomach are all reddish or something infected it looks like..I really don't know and I'm really scared. I posted a picture below

Hey, sorry I'm a busy man so I don't get on much. This is a all time thing, however sometimes when I get out of the shower I feel like there is the slightest hope that maybe it's slowly declining. of course I'm always left disappointed. I think this might be folliculitis as well, not quite sure though. Is there any home remedies I can try to get rid of it? If you need more pictures let me know!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? What are other symptoms present? Do you have this symptom all the time or it usually recurs or aggravated by certain factors? This could indeed be due to folliculitis or inflammation of the hair follicles caused by bacterial or fungal infection. If this appears to spread or recurs often, it is highly recommended that you see your doctor or a dermatologist. Direct clinical examination is important. Try not to scratch also to prevent secondary bacterial infection. Take care and do keep us posted.
