over a year ago, I woke up and could not move with pain in my lower back and sweating. two weeks later I began having these pinch like feelings all through my body including my joints. It keeps getting worse. through out the year I have felt things moving and still pinching. I am dizzy all the time, I feel like there are Parasites or bugs in my body. my limph nodes are very swollen and bleed at times, having a hard time going to bathroom, constantly drinking water, my skin is pail and darkness under my eyes. I feel something moving in my head all the time. what should I do? I have been given antibiotics, pain med., and also depression med. cause the doctor thought I was depressed(I did not take them) I am trying to find out what is wrong and why I keep getting weaker and also sleeping much more.

Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms and diagnostic tests were done? If the symptoms persisted despite antibiotics, further evaluation may need to be done. This could indeed be due to physiologic or pathological as well as psychological issues that needs to be ruled out. A referral to an infectious specialist or psychologist may help rule these out.  Additional tests such as imaging studies and blood tests may help determine the underlying cause.  Take care and do keep us posted.
