Leg pain

For about a month now every night whilst lying in bed I get a twitching throbbing flicking pain in my left leg at the back of my thigh. It doesn't last long and doesn't hurt greatly I was just wondering if it anything to worry about as it doesn't occur in my right leg and has never occurred before

How are you? aside from the twitching and throbbing pain, what other symptoms are present? If there is no history of trauma to your back or leg, this could be due to musculoskeletal, circulatory or neurological issues and may need to be evaluated further  by a doctor to determine the underlying cause. Direct clinical examination and diagnostic tests such as imaging studies may need to be done. Take care and do keep us posted.
