thanks for the reply, previously in the month of jan i suffered herpes near eyes but after taking medicine it was cured. then in month of march i suffered typhoid and malaria p.vivex  i took medicine a kit for malaria and about 20 days antibiotic for typhoid. Fever was subsided within 3 or 4 days and after taking complete course about 10 days i was absolutely fine and after 10 days again fever came but on 99 and after an hour it was clear and from that day it regularly coming i went to my doc. he diagnosed relapse of  typhoid but after taking medicine no result came then i changed the doctor and the new doctor again tested cbc, chest x-ray urine routine in cbc tlc was 12500, and some other indexes were increased and some soiling was there in my x-ray then he again suggested me for septum culture which is now in lab and he gave me some anti-tb  tablets which i take 1 empty stomach and 4 in the afternoon after lunch i am still worried whether i am getting correct diagnosis or not

What medication are you prescribed? Did
they definitively rule out all other conditions than t.b.?
Keep in touch with your doctor to let them know that some symptoms are not improving. They can see if it will just take some more time or if
you are not responsive to this particular treatment as can happen
with some medications to treat tb as drug resistance is increasing.
All decisions as to how to proceed should be made
by your doctor but you need to work with them on this
as t.b. can be more difficult to treat now as they become
increasing drug resistantance. However with the coordination of
your doctor it should be treatable.
