Mild fevers, headches, and fatigue

I've been experiencing low-grade fevers(98.9 - 100.2F) accompanied by extreme fatigue and headaches for about a week now.  They usually occur only in the afternoon. I'm a law student.  I've heard that this can be stress or it can be other things.  I went to my school's clinic and had a CBC done that came back clear.  Is it worth me pursuing further tests or is it most likely just stress?

Great thank you so much.  I'll definitely call my doctor if it continues.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? It is good that your CBC was clear. This rules out any bacterial infection. Over-the-counter fever and pain medications may help provide relief. However, if it persists, have this checked by your doctor for proper management. Your medical history and physical examination are important in determining the underlying cause. Take care and best regards.
