PAM infection
Hi, 6 days ago I was in the woods, and I was moving rocks in a stream, about a couple of inches deep, and when I was moving one it splashed into the water, and onto my face. A couple drops entered my nose. Its March now, so the water was cold. What is the risk that I could contract PAM? I live in Ohio. Anyway I have been worrying about this, and I already have anxiety so this hasn't helped.

Extremely Unlikely to the extreme.

Naegleria fowleri isn't active unless water is above 80 degrees.  And it's really really rare anyways.
