PLease HElp

I have been having random symptoms about 6-7 months ago my heart rate was in the high 40s so I was admitted in the hospital before this I experienced a lot of stomach gas, belching, and random sharp chest pains. while admitted in the hospital I had several ekg's, an echo of the heart a holter monitor and was released said I may have been dehydrated. from there until now I have had numerous symptoms ranging from head to toe. the worst being neck back pain ( I think muscular, random sharp pains over my heart that last no longer then a second, a lot of gas and belching random shortness of breath with slight cough ( allergies maybe) . I have been. After the above mentioned tests I had a ct with dye of the chest to check for embolism and have had a stress test 24 hr bp monitor and 24 hr heart monitor and numerous other blood tests and no answer. I also devolped a rash on my nose and sometime ears. I think it would be maybe lupus but doctors seem to think different I have seen about 12 er drs and my family dr and three cardiologist

B4 reading ur latest post I was going to ask if u were to a GI dr...since it could be reflux/GER....

Look at ur family's medical history to see if other members have had issues similar to urs.

ER Drs do not tend to DX they put a band aid on the immediate issue if it is not life threatening and send u to ur Drs.....so, ignore much of what u got there and see a specialist for  GI issues as well as rheumatoid .....

I wish u well and I hope u keep us updated on ur progress.

Sorry ahead of time for the many questions if you don't know the answers to them thats ok
1. How old are you
2. What prompted you to go to the hospital?
3. Were you on any medications at the time your heart rate was in the 40's? thats kind of low
4.Did your bloodwork indicate dehydration? That is a possibility
5. Did the hospital do a chest xray to rule out swelling in the lining of the lungs? Were there any abnormalities on the echo? Do you know what your EF rate was?
The emergency room is good for rulling out something that needs emergent treatment but not much else
6. What exact blood work was done to rule out lupus or any other autoimmune disorder? If you are concerned about Lupus then you deserve to have a screening done to rule out Lupus.
7. Since your doctors think different, what are the differential diagnosis that they provided to you and what testing has been done to prove their "difference" in opinion?
