Please help i don't know how to cure it and neither do doctors!!

I am 16. I have had problems with my feet since i was about 7. I have an over-grown bone on the posterior tibial tendon on both feet. This is caused by me having an over-strong tendon. The nhs has never seen anything like this before and so have no idea how to treat me so here are my symptoms and treatment i have had so far.
When these bones were first noticed i was refered to the podiatrist people at the hospital. They gave me insoles to wear in shoes which would raise the arches of my feet as the bones cause my feet to roll in. This continued until 3 years ago. the hospital gave up on me. I haven't had an appointment since then and I grew out of the insoles so i stopped wearing them.
6months ago i developed a hip problem which after xrays showing nothing wrong is thought to be pain caused by the way i walk due to the lack of insoles. however the doctors aren't 100% sure whether that is what's causing it or not. both my feet and hips get severe pain during exercise and i have been using voltarol gel to ease the pain.
I have been sent to a mechanics specialist at another hospital and they still cannot conclude the cause of the problem.

Please can someone help me because the pain is getting increasingly worse and i have recently developed tendonitis which is also adding to my problems. i have to sit my gcse's this year and do not want this to affect them but at the rate it's going it will. the only solution - which won't necessarily work- that has been suggested by the doctors is difficult surgery which due to the unknown aspects of the outcome could leave me disabled.

Please somebody help me!!

I have only had the xray which the doctors have said shows that the problem isn't structural/bone related which means that it is to do with the tendons/muscles surrounding it. I have been referred this week to a private doctor who then may send me to the mechanics specialist but also have suggested an MRI scan and possibly physio but i shall have to see what happens, thanks for your help :)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
What other initial diagnostic tests or imaging studies were done? You may also benefit from a referral to a bone specialist or orthopedic surgeon for proper evaluation.Seek another doctor's opinion if the initial assessments are not conclusive.  Imaging studies such as CT scan or MRI may also help. Hang on and stay positive always. Take care and do keep us posted.
