thanks for the replies it does seem progressive over the last 6 months. I first thought arthritist in the hand but latter realize the arm was also losing muscle

Hello tjq,

If the MRI reports are absolutely normal, then there is no gross pathology existing. However, be watchful for the symptoms, if they are progressive. Meanwhile start on gabapentin, lyrica etc for the improvement in the neuropathy.
