Random symptoms?

I have been diagnosed with raynauds a few years ago, not sure if it has Anyang to do with it but I didn't have them before when having raynauds. I am 17 and keep having constant really bad  tired eyes, slight dizziness, wrist pain (feels like veins are in pain, if I keep them in another position other than being straight for a while they begin to hurt. I also get pain in my ankles but the doctor has set me up for physio as she thinks they are weak. I have sprained them both just running around my block and have been told I run normally. They also hurt when in bed if they are up right I have to sleep with both feet on their sides otherwise they are in pain and I don't get to sleep. I can be in bed for hours but don't get much sleep, I constantly feel tired to the point where I just want to cry for no reason at times and get constant headaches. I did have constant nose bleeds every few days  over a few months but they have stopped now. And I get out of breath easily even tho I go to the gym and try to stay fit. I have noticed my heart rate is a lot higher than my friends when exercising and we do the same level of fitness.

Doctors don't seem to know what it could be or if they are even all connected.
Any ideas?

Sounds more like a condition that I have called May-Thurner Syndrome. It will cause all the symptoms listed above but doctors unfortunately know very little about it.

I used to have Raynaud's and all sorts of weird problems.  It turns out it was all related to malnutrition from malapsorption.  This was caused by Celiac disease.  Doctors thought it was all in my head.  It wasn't.  Yours isn't either.  Lots of people have magnesium deficiency and it causes headaches.  Low levels cause anxiety and depression.   But you should get tested for Celiac disease.  The good news is that if you have it and you get off gluten, the Raynaud's will go away.  You will need to take supplements for anything you are deficient in, but then you will start to feel better.  Don't just go off gluten as a test because then you can't get the blood tests.  If they tell you it's all in your head, don't let it get to you.  They just want to treat you with drugs instead of helping you find the real cure, which is with the right diet for you.  Make sure they test for iron deficiency anemia right away.  Having that really steals your energy and you get fuzzy thinking.  It takes a while to get those levels back up.

Your symptoms could indicate you need testing to rule a few things out....one I would suggest is Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome*.

The nose bleeds and raynauds are symptoms of EDS*.

Being tired and  the pain you mention are also symptoms.....do find a Dr that is noted for EDS treatment to help rule this condition out.
