Hi,
How are you? Rheumatoid arthritis, a long-term disease that leads to inflammation of the joints and surrounding tissues  may cause morning stiffness, joint pain, and joint deformities. Treatment involves medications ( anti-inflammatory medications), physical therapy, exercise, education, and possible surgery  to correct severely damaged joints, removal of the joint lining (synovectomy) or total joint replacement in extreme cases. If there are vein or blood vessel symptoms, you may need to have this evaluated first by your doctor for proper management. Take care and do keep us posted.
