Searching for diagnosis

Hi, I'm new here. I have been having problems for 2 years now. I have seen 2 neurologists and have several blood tests and a CT and MRI done. I know that there is something wrong but the doctors cannot seem to find it. I had a postive ANA test but other than that everything has been normal. My EEG was abnormal and I do suffer from migraines. I'm going to list my symptoms below. I have been tested for lyme and so many other things. My last MRI was in April. Some days I feel almost normal and have no symtptoms at all. I may go without symptoms for a week or two. But I have noticed in the last 2 months that this is getting less and less. I feel terrible all the time. I am only 35.

Symptoms:
extreme fatigue
pain-achy (all over my body)
weakness in my legs and arms
weak grip (I drop stuff all the time)
difficultly walking ( some days I can barely walk at all)
confusion (some days)
loss for words (I could not remember my sons name one weekend)
twitching in my face and some in my arms and legs
difficulty with urination
sensitivity to heat and cold

Dear Violet,
The symptoms you have listed are all known to persons afflicted with Dercum's disease. They alone are pretty horrible. However, there are major symptoms missing, for example, few to uncountable numbers of lipomas that are: soft to hard, small to very large, extreme weight gain and chronic pain. There is no cure and the prognosis is undefined. The only "therapie" is to deal with the pain. Some people have the lipomas removed, which can cause the growth of more within a short time however. Others, like myself ,manage with painkillers which can of course not eliminate the pain entirely but make it bearable(at least on most days) May I suggest you also join the yahoo Dercums' disease support group. They (over 400) have a vast amount of documentation, photos, list of links and of course running debates similar to here.
If you have further questions please do not hesitate to let me know. Good luck and a happy new year.
