Severe Gastric Pain

Hi, I've been experiencing severe gastric pain for 7 years now and it has been getting worse recently. At first, it occurs about once in 3 months, but now it's about once every month. The pain lasts for about 3 hours. It usually occur once or twice in 2 days. Can you diagnose what's the cause? I'm only 16+ year old now, thanks. My doctor told me that it could be due to pressure, and I've been visiting my psychologist every half a year, but I don't think it's due to pressure though, I'm just scared it's something else. Thanks for your help.
Most of the doctors my mum brought me to does not seems to be of much help, or rather, they all just asked questions like which is the part that hurts... and gave me the usual medicine. I'm only worried that it's not as simple as it seems, this has been with me for 7 years now and I'm really getting scared and worried. Please help me, thanks.

How are you? What tests were done? It is not possible to diagnose without your medical history and direct clinical examination. Try to eat on time. If the medicines do not help, you may need to have further evaluation and tests. Please do update us and take care always.
