Severe Upper Stomach Pain! Please Help!!

I have had a swollen diaphram all the way across below my breasts with sharp pains in the middle of my breasts since this Tuesday (which was 12-11-12). Whenever I cough, I taste salt. I had to have a hysterectomy at the age of 26 for endometriosis  (however it's spelled). I am in constant chronic pain. Can anyone please give me suggestions about how to solve this problem, the doctors are baffled here.

The location suggests gastrointestinal as well as musculoskeletal issues that warrants further evaluation by a doctor. If prescribed medications are not helping, it is best that you inform your doctor about this for proper management.
