Severe muscular pain with pain abd

I got a pt c/o 1)Fever for 2 days 10 days back
                    2)Severe musular pain near wrist joint ( subsided by pain killer now )
                    3) Excrusiating pain on both biceps 7 days
                    4)Pain abd & vomiting 7 days
                    5)Rash on both legs 6 days
  o/econcious with stable vitals

Hi,
How are you? Do you still experience the symptoms above? Fever usually indicates your body is responding to a viral or bacterial infection. Other possible causes include: heat exhaustion, extreme sunburn, certain inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, or some medications. Pain, rash and vomiting is usually associated.
