Tears can result from very THIN vulvar tissue.  Ask your doctor for an Rx for a topical estrogen cream, which can help to thicken the skin there and make it healthier.  You only need to use a pea-sized amount each night.

As a daily lubricant, you can use regular old Olive Oil (yes, the kind you cook with!).  It's natural and very safe and you may be surprised at how it can help!

Good luck!  I'm so sorry for your pain!

Hello cassie1960,

It seems that there is some amount of dryness and hypersenstivesness in the vaginal area. Apply some jeely and lubricant which would not only heal but also help in day to day routine. Consult a gynecologist to rule out any infection.
