Very Rare--- Thyroid Hemiagenesis

I was diagnosed with thyroid hemiagensis close to twenty years ago.  I was put on 88mcg thyroid medication for hypothyroidism the right side is enlarged.  My levels are 'fine' they say, now.  They did a total T4 and I was within range. I have arthritis everywhere, especially thoratic and lumbar spine and knees.  I can no longer do my past jobs due to not being able to lift, stand or sit still.  I am very moody which I do not like.  I just can't  deal with people when I hurt. I have anxiety which I battle EVERY Sunday and other circumstances. I have had pancreatitis in 2010 ( I do NOT drink and I DON'T have a gallbladder) and was hospitalized for 15 days.  Two days I was in CCU. I lost my hair, which thankfully came back but a much lighter color and more grey.  I  am now a diabetic, a shot before meals and before bed.  Could this be a result of the thyroid condition?  If so, what I am up against in the future?  Should I be concerned because of the rarity of my condition?  Could I face another round of pancreatitis?  Hope not it about killed me last time.  I need help, seems no one is concerned.

  Hi and welcome to MedHelp.

WOW u r young to be having so many issues, and I wish I knew about them to offer some insights, but I do not....but I will say this, if u feel no one (Drs) seem concerned about ur condition and u feel something is wrong, seek out another opinion and get checked by a specialist with experience with ur thyroid condition.....u may have to travel,  I am one that knows sometimes it is better to go to a Dr that is a specialist in one condition then to see one close by that knows what that condition is.....I traveled out of state for a medical issue and it was well worth it.

Good luck  and keep us posted on how u r doing.,
