Vomiting

My husband has been having these episodes of stomach pain/vomiting. He will be sick for a couple days and he becomes severly dehydrated. He bounces back from it and he might not have another one for a couple months or he could have another one in a few days. This has been going on for over 6 yrs now. He has been through alot of tests and to several dr's. He goes to the er and they run tests but never anything found. Can someone please help us.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How is your husband? What diagnostic tests were done already? Was there a referral to a gastroenterologist? Were there triggers for his stomach pain and vomiting? Further evaluation may need to be done if the diagnosis is still not known. It is important that he tries to hydrate during these episodes to prevent dehydration. Take care and hope to hear from you soon. Best regards.
