How are you? What other symptoms are present? And what diagnostic tests were done in the past? If the symptoms have been present for around 15 years already, it is likely that this is a chronic or genetic condition involving musculoskeletal or connective tissue, and warrants further evaluation by a doctor. Likewise, additional diagnostic tests and direct clinical examination will help determine the underlying cause. Take care and do keep us posted.
