What the heck could I have?

Hi,
I am a 37yr old female. I started to get sick in March (this is August) with what I thought was the flu. I had a 104 temp for 5 days along with other fluish symptoms. I thought I was on the mend and a day later the fever went back up along with a sore throat and very swollen neck. I went to my doctor who gave me a course of Cipro. It didn't help, so she then sent me to an ENT who gave me Keflex. On the 3rd day or so of the Keflex, I started to get short of breath and getting repeated what felt like adreniline rushes approx every 30seconds or so. That continued for days and then turned into vomiting and seizure like shaking and horrible grass green and yellow diarrhea whith the most incredible neck and head pain I have ever had. I was also so dizzy I could hardly stand. During this time my heart rate has been elevated ranging from 100-140bpm. I went to the emergency romm 3 times. They gave me morphine (which did nothing for the headache) and told me I have anxiety. (I assume because I was shaking so bad) This shaking and headache and diarrhea is still going on...yes for almost 5 months now and I have lost over 20lbs. I haven't been vomiting as much as I was, and the diarrhea doesn't seem to be frequent enough to cause a weight loss like this. Also, it floats and is oily at times with a ton of mucus. (gross I know).
My doctor realizes it is not anxiety, but has no idea what it is. Now she is on vacation for a month! I have had numerous tests come up normal and don't know what to do next. Also my neck pain is mostly on the right side, and is affecting my right eye. My pupils are different sizes and when I wake up in the morning my right eye is almost swollen shut.
I had a nornal thyroid test. I had one stool test for C-diff, and one for giardia and both were negative. I thought maybe yeast from the antibiotics (because when I get it, I get it bad) but the diarrhea is very foul. Also I have what looks like oral thrush that hasn't cleared with Nystatin or diflucan. I also have puss still coming out of both tonsils since this "flu" not covering the outside, but lumps of it under the skin. It is white and watery. My doctor cultured the puss and I don't know what she tested for, but it came back negative also:(

Sorry this is so long, but I am desperate for suggestions. I haven't been able to drive for 3 months because of the dizziness and the eye thing. Also one eye is lagging. The doc wanted to do an mri for ms, but I can't imagine it would just happen all of a sudden like that. I also had a head ct which was normal. My cbc was normal too except for my white count was on the high side of normal. Currently I still have a temp of 99-100.  Still have bad stomach pain and grumbling with green and yellow diarrhea at least twice per day.
I am scheduled for an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy in mid Sept, but I feel like a lot could happen between now and then.
I believe the "flu" was caught at a child care facility. My 3yr old also caught the initial flu but not this nastiness that came after. I can't imagine a virus lasting 5 months.
Please offer some suggestions....Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

I wonder if it's worth posting in the Dysautonomia (autonomic dysfunction) forum.  I am not sure about all of your symptoms but some may fit into this.  It would be beneficial to you to read some of their health pages.

I hope you find some answers and are feeling better soon.
