What would cause cronic vomiting?

My daughter has had a sensitive stomach for as long as I can remember.  She has always had a hard time keeping weight on.  She is a professional ballerina/dancer for a local theater, 26 years old.  She will wake up and vomiting a thick mucus bile and feel nauseous all day.  She also feel hot and shakes off and on.  She went to urgent care and then emergency room and they told her to follow up.  She has sense been back to urgent care due to a vaginal dark discharge.  She say the obgyn and he thinks it could be her appendix.  Both the obgyn and the ER docs noticed an inflamed lining of the bladder.   She was put on an antibiotic by the ER.  But please note she was tested for a bladder infection and it was negative.  Her blood pressure was 96/52 yesterday (taken in the doctors office) but better today at the OBGYN office.  She only weighs 115 pounds and we are very concerned because no one can figure this out.  Also she has dizzy spells with all this.  She sees a GP on Monday.  Anyone have any ideas?
