Hi,
How are you? Can you identify the possible triggers? Physiologic processes in the body include shivering or shuddering, which is response to early hypothermia in warm-blooded animals which includes humans. When the core body temperature drops, the shivering reflex is usually triggered to maintain homeostasis. Sometimes, the muscle groups begin to shake in small movements to create warmth by expending energy. Check your temperature using a thermometer to rule out fever and keep warm. Take care and do keep us posted.
