Hi,
How are you? Do you still experience the loose stools? What tests were done? Stool examination will help rule out infection. If ti persists, further evaluation needs to be done by a specialist or gastroenterologist. It may also help if you have a change of diet. Banana, rice, apple and tea are known to help form stools. Try to avoid fiber-rich foods at this time. Take care and do keep us posted.
ACTUALLY I M DOIN MBA ...SO NO TIME FOR NEW TESTS.... EARLIER I HAVE DONE WITH COLONOSCOPY(A PIPE WITH CAMERA IN MY ******* ) THE REPORT WAS NORMAL....
AND YES I HAVE CHANGED D TIMING OF MY DIET ... FROM 3 TIMES TO 5 TIMES WITH LESS TIME INTERVAL.. ALSO I GET ONLY 4-5 HOURS OF SLEEP....IS THAT ANYHOW RELATED TO D LOOSE STOOLS IN MORNIN. AND NOW IT HAS BEEN REDUCED FROM 3-4 TIMES TO 1-2 TIMES. BUT THE AREA OF TENSION IS ITS NORMAL STOOL,,,IT IS SOME WHAT SEMI-LIQUID TYPE... PLEASE HELP ME IN THAT....... ALSO I HAVE ALSO NOT TAKIN MILK AND SWEET PRODUCTS .
Hello,
It is good that colonoscopy and other tests were normal. Continue with small frequent meals and the BRAT diet I mentioned above. Daily bowel movement is normal. More than this would mean increased intestinal motility. Try also to relax, de-stress and sleep around 8 hours daily. Take care and best regards.
