Hi,
How are you? Fuchs dystrophy, an eye disease wherein the cells lining the inner surface of the cornea slowly start to die off and presents with eye pain, eye sensitivity to light, foggy or blurred vision, and worsening vision throughout the day.  This link may be helpful: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/007295.htm
Take care and regards.
