Hi,
How are you? Can you elaborate on the type of  stimulator surgery you are referring to? If it is deep brain stimulation surgery, it is usually done for the treatment of Parkinson's Disease, Essential Tremor, Dystonia, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. However, this is not done for everyone. The medical history, needs, and expectations of each patient are considered before recommending surgical therapies. And for appropriately selected patients, this procedure is usually covered by most health insurance companies. If you have questions regarding your coverage, it is best that you contact your health insurance company for assistance. Take care and best regards.
