pain in legs mostly at night

I am 69 at present. When asleep I do not realise the pain but when awake I get numbness in my legs, though it becomes normal as I get out of the bed. This has been increasing over the years, perhaps first indication was 10 years ago. So far the pain is so bad. My general physician and even Ortho have not been able to guide. I am otherwise quite active and healthy, though been sitting and working on my computer for 8-10 hrs a day. I have been exercising and doing yoga, reasonable walk, but at get pain in knees as well. The xray of knees indicated early signs of osteoartheritis. I have been taking 500 mg Calcium with D (for over 7-8 years, regularly and Multivitamins as well. Lately started taking Glucosamine 1500+Chondroitin 1200 mg (but half the dose). I have craving to cover my legs with additional heavy cover, and use a small pillow between my knees at night. I am 6 2" and just normal weight (190 Lbs or 86Kg), BP ranges between 75-110. Suffer from chronic constipation though controllable, worse with Calcium. (Long story!). Shall be obliged by your guidance.

Add magnesium citrate in the morning for your constipation.  Most people are deficient.  It is a pain reliever.  Then take the calcium and 200 IU of vitamin D at night.
