pectoralis major deformity

Hello,  I'm 21 years old and since my 12 or 13 that i have created a chest problem.I dunno the reason for this.
The lower part of my left pectoralis major is just flat, not like my right part. Here's a pic:

Note that i have no problem in sports, including chest exercises like the bench press, it's just an aesthetics issue.

Can anyone tell me what disease is this?Ever heard of similar cases? Can this missing muscle be reconstructed by surgery?

Thanks.

pec implants... doesnt look bad at all though, if it doesnt affect your function, i would leave it alone.  embrace it, it gives you character!
