please someone give me an answer

This is the second time I have posted this, can someone please give me some kind of insight....I am 25 years old and a female.  I have always been a slow healer and a bleeder.  All my life I have had problems with abdominal pains and they have tested my for sists, galbladder, and so on.  Recently, about three months ago I noticed a small lump underneath my arm pit.  It don't hurt unless I keep touching it or I bother with it.  I have bad night sweats, missed my period(which I took a prego test and it was negitive), have nausea, run low grade fevers and get chills, have bad neck pain and lower back pain, and get head aches.  I went to the doctors the other day and they did a lot of blood work.  I also made them aware that my gradmother had died in the 70's of lymphoma.  They put me on antibotics and sent my home. Then the next day they call saying that the test showed my thyriod was normal, but I am anemic.  They asked if I could come in for more blood test and asked if it could be right away.  I went in and as soon as the blood wasw taken out of me it was out the door and to the lab.  They said that they were doing aditional blood work, testing b12 and folate.  What is funny is they tested my blood count the other day and they gave me no answers on how that came out.  What should I think, do my symptoms sound like anyone elses, can someone please give me answers.......

you can never assume any growth is benign or malignant, a lump could be a nodule, a granuloma, a tumor, a cyst a calcium deposit and more always take a growth seriously, Id ask for a fine needle aspiration biopsy.

Well, the small lump underneath your armpit could be a lipoma.  In fact, that's exactly what it sounds like.

A lipoma is a growth of fat cells in a thin, fibrous capsule usually found just below the skin. Lipomas are found most often on the torso, neck, upper thighs, upper arms, and armpits, but they can occur almost anywhere in the body. One or more lipomas may be present at the same time. Lipomas are the most common noncancerous soft tissue growth.

So in a nutshell...it's a fluid filled fatty sac and it's a non-cancerous tumor...so don't panic.  It's absolutely harmless.  IF that's what it is.  Go see a doctor and lipoma's can typically be diagnosed just by seeing it.  In regards to your missed periods, this could be related to stress, depression.......are you going through a rough patch right now?  And, missed periods are often just normal in some women.

I don't know what to say about nightsweats and lower abdominal pain.....that's not my area of knowledge....it could be a # of things.  Keep on top of your lab results and if you wanted to, I'd so seek a 2nd opinion after you get your results.

Good luck and keep me updated!
