MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
Smelly urine can be attributed to concentrated urine, from the diet, certain medications, or even infection. It is recommended that you drink plenty of fluids and to void when you feel the urgency to urinate. The urine is normally aromatic due to the breakdown of chemicals. If it persists, have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Urinalysis or urine culture may be indicated. Take care and do keep us posted.

Have you had a urine culture done to check for infection? You don't have to be in pain to have one. What does it look like? angelriv
