Recently over the past 2 months I have experienced the sensation of a localized chest pain which seems to be just under the breast bone or in the breast bone. The breast bone is very tender if I press down on it, and it hurts to cough. If I cough heartily I feel a popping sensation, almost like what you would think a dislocationCongenital hip dislocation Developmental dysplasia of the hip Dislocation Dislocation of the hip Kneecap dislocation Nursemaid’s elbow Patellar dislocation would feel like, and then the pain is gone, although I do sometimes feel a lingering tenderness, but it's almost imperceptible. These sensations have become more frequent over the last 2 months, from 3 or 4 x per month, to 3 - 4 x per day. Any ideas?
