My cheek is sunk and left side of my face is drooping. Can I get facial surgery?

I got assualted on the night of Sept. 05/2005 at the hotel I was staying at and it's been since now Sept. 20/2009 that I haven't had anything done to get my cheekbone repaired just been using drugs to numb the pain, headaches and sleepless nights since that day I woke up to see my cheek bone sunk in to my face and now its sunk in even more now than ever my left eye seems to be drooping also as well now. Please someone tell me if I can get surgery for it to get repaired ? I believe that bone that's broken is called the zygomatic bone
