hello my namis tizita,i got burn before 6 years, due to this burn i have both skin contraction and scars. i am going to have a surgery fo the contraction first due to financial problem ,is ther a problem if i do a surgery for the reconstraction of the contraction and then scar reconstraction.  my second question is there any organization that can help financialy me to get the treatment

There are always the possibility of complications after scar revision. Loss of skin, infection and recurrence of the scar to name a few. You will need to contact your local american burn asociation and see if there are any groups that can help you.
