should i get all my tucking and lifting at once?

i'm planning for the future. in about a year i want reconstructive surgery. i have extra skin almost everywhere because of how over weight i was (and still am). i've lost a lot, but still need to lose about 120lbs probably. my question is should i get all the work i want done at one time or spread it out? i'm mostly concerned with my breast because i hear that a lot of people get breast implants. i don't want that. i have pretty large breast right now, but i know they will shrink more than they already have. could the breast tissue be so messed up that i may need implants? the idea scares me. i don't want foreign objects inside my body, but i also don't want to lose my whole chest. i also want my arms taken care of. they have lots of extra skin and it's gross. this means i want a tummy tuck, breast lift, and whatever arm flab surgery is called. should i do it all at once?

You should plan on doing the procedures in stages. You may not need breast implants . Often just tightening the skin gives very attractive breasts. But, breast implants are not dangerous if you need them. Congratulations on your success and good luck in the future.
