Sudden Back Pain

I am 43 years of age. I was very fit person until recently. Suddenly I started getting a lower back pain in the mornings only and after I flush out my stools the pain goes off and during the day time when I'm seated I get lot of sweating in the lower back with sudden sle ep attacks and along with these I have got sudden blurred vision as well.  Further I started getting skin rashes too. When I went for a full checkup I was diagnosed with a fatty liver and moderate pressure.
