Black sport on penis head cap

i did had unprotected sex a girl while i was still in the six years ago that was 2003 and in the next couple of days or weeks i noticed black sport on my penis head sort of ring like ever since then i have been trying all sort of antifungi cream but it has not improved the suituation it is still the and also i the same time i have little pimples under the penis caps or head Dont know what they are please can you let me know how i can go abt treating this infections.Pleease i will expect ur response as soon as possible.Thanks.

go to a doctor.  six years would be a mighty long time to have an std.  you should be going to the doc for an annual physical exam anyway.  don't be scared, just do it and make a habit of it

The only person who can diagnose your symptons is a physician. It sounds like due to practicing unsafe sex, you have contracted an STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease).

I hope this will be a lesson to both of you to either abstain from sex  all together or practice safe sex. Who knows who you both have slept with that has an STD and all of you are spreading it like wild fire. Good luck.
