is it possible for a female virgin to ejaculate? ive heard that women have to work at ejaculating and those that do are very experienced

What a bizarre question.  

Women don't normally ejaculate,  and those who do have a squirting either from a gland that resembles the male prostate,  or it's urine from the urethra.

It is an orgasm thing,  not a virgin thing.  

So I guess you can stop calling your girlfriend "very experienced".
