How do i know if my wife gave me hpv? Can i tell if shes cheating?

Ive been married along time. 10years i feel like shes always lying and always has a bf on the side. She uses social media. I cant catch her cheating. Nor do i really want to. She does the whole blames me for whatever guilt she has. I know along time ago i was at the clinic with her and she was getting a check up. She gave me chlamydia at this point in time. But i know i saw a condition she had. I can never prove anything she is always quick to diffuse or distract any points or say im lying and trying to make her look bad.

HPV can lie dormant but also many to get warts in the genital area and can be contracted by rubbing against another genital area. If she does not have any warts down there and you dont have any either you can pretty much rule HPV out.
Most often with females in my experience the leave after cheating as men tend to cheat and stay with their partner. But you do understand that chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection.
