Is she lying about her pregnancy?

Around 2nd week of March, i hooked up with my friend. After that, we do not have any comunication at all. But then all of a sudden, she texted me that her period is delayed and she is pregnant. It was May 5. I got panicked and didn't asked if she did a pregnancy test or something to confirmes because she's asking for money to buy abortion pills. I instantly agreed because I was really worried, however, it seem like something is not right because she keepz asking more money when she noticed that I am so worried that I will give everything.. Now I am thinking that she might not be pregnant at all and she only wants money. But I'm not sure, I do not want to offend her by asking her to go to a clinic with me just to make sure. Is there a way to know if she really is pregnant? Any advice?

Please give her no more money.  You don't know if she is pregnant.  Tell her you'll talk to her if a baby is born.  There most likely won't be any baby born and if there is, tell her that you'll discuss things with her after she does a paternity test on the baby.  It's normal to be worried and I think men need to take responsibility rather than leaving a woman holding the bag----  but agree that this doesn't seem right.  You already gave her money for a possible abortion so you tried to help.  From here, tell her you've done what you are willing to do.  Cut off contact and wait.  good luck
