I just want to write how helpful Kegel exercises are for a couple's sex life. They're not talked about much, but they should be,because they are such a simple way to improve you love life. Kegel exercises involve flexing the PC muscle, which runs between the tailbone and the pubic bone. You can feel it if you try and pull up your anus,or if you try and stop in the middle of urinating. Once you have felt it,try and tense it and release. Then, for the first few days, tense and release rapidly 40 times then rest a couple of minutes, then tense and hold for the duration of an out breath and releases and wait for the duration of an "in" breath and repeat 20 times.Do these sessions twice a day for some days then once the muscle feels strong and supple the exercise doesn't need doing so often-but do it regularly and see how your sexual satisfaction increases!
Of course,if you want to take the lazy way out you can get viagra at cut price on the internet. To find out where, go to the blog "Generic Solutions" at medicabilis.blogspot.com and find the posting;"best sites for generic drugs".
I agree! They do help alot! And... it is a "different" feeling. But you have to keep up with them. Think of it like your stomach. Once you get the muscles tight, you have to keep doing the sit ups, so you will continue to stay in shape.
