Even if married a doctor can't give out medical info unless a document is signed by that woman. I had to go through that with my husband and I have to refill out the paperwork yearly. If the woman doesn't want you to have info, legally, she doesn't have to give it to you. All you can do is ask for a dna test once the baby is born.

You don't provide much information, James, it's as if you're responding to another posting, but I don't think a woman is required to provide a man with any information as to her medical state, unless she files for child support or unless she is married to the man who wants to know.
I do think that once a child is born you can file for paternity rights if you have any legal evidence that you ever had a relationship - that could include pictures, witnesses, etc.
I don't think that you are entitled to the medical records of a woman who has no legal obligation to you.
I know that *****, but his is why it's important to be careful who you have sex with.
