Need some adice

My fiance is having an issue with vaginal odor very often. We use to have sexual intercourse about 4 times a week until this problem started. She has a hysterectomy and I have a vascetomy so we do not use a condom and I always ejaculate inside her. My question is with her having a hysterectomy will her body natural clean itself out without having her menstrual cycle. I am worried that me ejaculating inside her all the time is causing the problems she is having. I know douching is bad,so she doesn't do that. So that means right after we are done she goes to the bathroom, but then comes right backt to bed and goes to sleep. With all that semen still inside her could it be causing her issues.

I doubt it.  Lots of women act in the same way as your finance and they don't all suffer from this issue.  

It could be her hormones - ie the hysterectomy has messed with them and that's throwing things out of whack.  It could be a yeast infection or some other type of infection down there that is causing it.  It's a very delicate balance in a female's vagina and if one thing is off it can cause a host of issues.

Has she been to a doctor about this?  I know she's probably embarassed but if it is an infection that would need to be treated and if it can clear the issue up it would be worth it.  

There are also over the counter creams one can use, but if this is a persistant problem I would go to the doctors.

It's because she needs to ****** - take my word for it.  The semen needs to be washed out right away - its what causes the odor.  Odor problem will leave right away if she douches each time, or don't *** in her.  You'll notice a difference right away.

sorry I didn't write anything bad... I don't know why it didn't allow the words - I just wrote that she needs to do the douching anytime you ejaculate inside her.  If she cannot/does not want to, then you should ejaculate outside.

Don't ******! No no no.  Contrary to what Porn shows you it's very dangerous thing to do all the time.  Douching rids the vagina of necessary bacteria that if gone will lead to much worse things.  Don't ******.  Go to the doctors.  It is very likely some sort of infection ie the bad bacteria has taken over a bit, the ph balance down there is VERY acidic and EASILY changed.  If the doc says it's too much semen then you can deal with that issue but get her checked out first.

Advising someone to douch is ridiculous and dangerous! It is SO not necessary. When I was nursing in a gynae ward we saw women with gynae problems CAUSED BY DOUCHING - so people, don't do it! And koukla29, please stop doing it because it's likely to cause you problems at some stage, eg if it goes past the cervix it will cause nasty infection.
Douching is VERY bad for you, if anything this will cause odour as it will wash interupt normal PH balance, etc. You do not need to was semen away, it naturally comes out soon after sex. I have never douched, my partner ejaculates inside of me and I've NEVER had an odour problem.

I agree with becks 715 - an infection sounds likely, either way a trip to the doctor is needed - tell her not to be embarrased - doctors have seen it all - and much worse than that! before.

Thanks for the advice. She has been to the doctor a few times and got treated, but it keeps coming back. That's why I was thinking it may be the semen. She is scheduled for another visit tomorrow, so we will see. Thanks again. And I would never let her douch.

hm I can't believe it stared out the word douch .... anyway, yes if it is coming back then it's a reoccurant infection.  That happens.  Make sure she tells her doctor that it keeps coming back.  It may require a different form of antibiotics or treatment all together.  When it goes away and comes back that means it never really died in the first place.

Best of luck, hang in there, this can't be easy for her to deal with so be supportive :)

I think there is some sort of infection going on.  Actually even sperm doesn't smell in a healthy person.  Have you been checked out by a dr?  I think you both need to see dr.s for testing - probably bacteria of some type.

a friend of mine had a problem with excess moisture that cause bad odor and she also went to the gyno a couple times and was treated, but it kept coming back. eventually, they put her on a certain birth control to help level out her hormones. i think its more of a hormonal balance than anything. i would say for her to go back to the dr. tell them this odor is really worrying her and that she needs to find a solution. are you sure its not yeast infections? that is very possible as you have sex without a condom and ejaculate inside. i get yeast infections verrry often. once a month at least. and if left untreated, they can be very dangerous. tell her to go back to the dr. she may have to try a couple different things until you find the answer, but DO NOT ******. it does not help and only causes more problems.

I didn't mean go out and ****** everyday!  Geez!  Stop sounding the alarm ladies!  Douching is not so bad as long as it's not done all the time.  I just meant, if the woman doesn't have an infection, and granted that she is getting regular pap smears and everything is fine, it is the semen that causes the smell for her vagina.  I am not a doctor, but I am telling you, if you stop ejeculating inside her, or she douches - she probably won't have a problem - that is if she DOESN'T have any other health related issues.
