Am I right on that you had your underwear on?  There's not much that can come from that as far as pregnancy or an STD so I would say you are safe.  Now if you have your under garments off, that is a different story and I would urge you to use a condom.  Good luck.

If you're both clean and STD-free, you should be OK if you're being straight with us and you just placed the tip in but beware there's always the risk of catching something even for a limited, short interval and, if there is any emission of semen, there is still the rare chance of pregnancy.  Just be careful.
