Welcome to the Relationships Community!!

by pcarsey, Feb 04, 2009 04:07PM
Hello and Welcome!! My name is Patty. I am very happy and honored to be the Community Leader (CL) of Relationships Community!

As stated at the top of the page, this patient support community is for discussions relating to relationships, abstinence, arousal problems, birth control, cohabitation, commitment, communication, couples counseling, desire, sexual technique, and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).

I encourage you to ask your questions, give advice, and feel free to get to know other members. I would like to ask that everyone please remain respectful to other members. We are all here to help understand each area of a relationship and what might be one member’s outlook, attitude or understanding may or may not be others. As long as we do try to remain respectful, then you just may get some really great support here! There is a great group of members here that give really great advice and support! Please, let’s all continue to work together to make this community the best it can be!

I would also like to remind you that you can also find support at the following related communities:
Divorce & Breakups Community http://www.medhelp.org/forums/show/155
Sexual Health Community http://www.medhelp.org/forums/show/207
Women's Social Community http://www.medhelp.org/forums/show/180

As well as the expert forum:
Sexuality & Relationships (Expert Forum) http://www.medhelp.org/forums/show/119

May your relationship be enjoyable, valuable, and filled with pleasant surprises!

One of my favorite quotes from William James: “Whenever you're in conflict with someone, there is one factor that can make the difference between damaging your relationship and deepening it. That factor is attitude.”

Again, Welcome and I hope you enjoy our community!
