Whats wrong here

by holiday368, Feb 05, 2009 05:04PM
My long term relationship of 10 years has always been a little bumpy. Sex was always good though, and I never can remember a time I didn't want it.......until recently. I have been under tremendous stress with alot of different things( including my relationship ) I am feeling less and less attracted to my boyfriend. Even when we do have sex, its no good for me. I'm wondering if I'm not in love with him anymore. I don't feel attractive to him, and I'm a good looking woman..( not to toot my own horn or anything ) I just think I might be going through a midlife crisis!! But still, I know I'm not very happy...... 10 years is such a long time, but if he asked me to marry him tommorrow... I wouldn't. What do you think???

You're probably bored or in a rut.  Which is typical of a long term relationship.  Only you know whether or not you are still in love with him.  Relationaships go through stages, some times sex gets monotonous.  Can you do things to spark up your sex life?  There is always ways to bring the romance back.  Take a trip, even if it is just for the weekend.  Is this the only issue in the relationship?  Maybe a break from it to see how you really feel may help you to make a decision.

If you are truly miserable with him let him go so that he can make someone else happy. It is not fair to him to keep him unhappy and believe me he knows you are not happy.

Maybe take a break and see how you feel. If you are miserable without him then figure out what needs to change in the relationship and talk to him and work things out.

Good luck!
