by xkaylee, Jul 02, 2009 08:16PM
I don't know where else to post this so im just going to post it here. Every summer when the sun is out or even if its warm i feel so sick like im going to throw up but i never do its just i feel so nasues.  When im in the house with AC im fine just once i step outside i feel sick and dizy. If im in the pool im fine. This happens if im out for even 5minutues, i drink plenty of water.  What could this be?

Those are symptoms of heat stroke or sensitivity to the heat. I'm very sensitive to humidity (80 +) I feel slugish, my ankles swell, hard to function, and very tired. You might be sensitive to the sun, but only a doctor can diagnose if there is more to it. I would be concern if you feel dizzy and like vomiting, Those are symptoms of heat stroke. Drink plenty of cold water and don't be out at peak hours of heat. To be on the safe side, get yourself checked out.
