advice needed

Im 10 weeks &  3 days pregnant. I recently broke it off with the father of my child due to everything he put me through. But now I feel like I need someone to take his place, and im not quite sure why. At the same time there's this guy who's always liked me, from the time I started datung my babydaddy,  to the day I got pregnant until now. He treats me better than anyone, spoils me but its as if I can't just see myself with him. Because every guy that does good for me I only wish they were my babydaddy. I don't know if its because I loved him or if its just the bond I have with him because im carrying his child. But I want to know how I can fully get over him so I can either learn to be more independent or actually go out with a good guy who likes me for the person I am&  wants to do right by me andmy child.

Great Riaa.  Yes, you are right  about that.  Focus on that and your child; things that are positive.

Right on Riaa, I totally agree!!  It absolutely is.  It is one of the way we create a better life for ourself and if we create a better life for ourselves, it is a better life for our kids.  Peace and luck!

I wouldn't be so concern about starting any new relationship at this time.

Glad you did leave the baby's daddy because from what you posted he was very abusive to you.

I can't remember if you were working and/or going to school; are you?

Find other positive activities to do NOT involving a guy.

Going from man to man is a sign of dysfunctional thinking.  Love and relationships do not work that way.  You'll be setting yourself up for failure if you jump like that.

You are having a baby.  You need to focus on your plans for the child.  And whether you've left the father or not, this does not negate his role in the child's life.

I do wish you luck and hope you have family to support you and be there for you.  Peace
