i was mustrbuting myself 2-5 times everyday from 17 years onwards.And i am not able to control this(to reduce it to 4-5 times in a week)i felt shy on myself.i am 21 years old.i was not concentrating on my studies because of this(2-5 times everyday).please help me how to control my self from over sexual thoughts.but one thing because of mustrubuting with myself i dont have even a single affair.

Yes. If you can't do other things because of a desire to stay home and do that, it obviously, will impact your life greatly. It also can get in the way of intimacy and relationships. good idea to address this if it is at the level you describe as a real concern and problem. good luck
